Pack Your Items

Place the product in its original packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a protective shipping envelope.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over the package to your nearest carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
